Refrigeration and Appliance Wall in California Home

We recently visited a beautiful home in California and took a few photos of the kitchen cabinetry we provided for the space. This view shows the wall housing many of the appliances such as the refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and ovens.

Located facing an island in a contrasting, darker finish as well as windows which frame views of the rolling, wine country hills outdoors, the cabinet wall creates a focal area in the kitchen while also making the workspace efficient. The multi-colored finish highlights the moldings and raised panel detailing in the cabinetry.

By choosing to have the refrigeration and freezer units faced with wood door panels, a furniture style appearance is acheived. Additionally, glares reflected from the typical expansive stainless steel surfaces found on todays large, luxury appliances are minimized.
